Using an Apple Keyboard on Virtualised Ubuntu

When running Ubuntu via Parallels on my new Macbook Pro (yes, sigh, I have moved to the dark side), I’d like it to recognise the Apple keyboard (English – UK) I’m using. Here’s how:

Run dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration
Select Apple Laptop
Select English (UK)
Select English (UK) Macintosh
And take the defaults as presented there after.
